Using the ATS Knowledge Base
If you need assistance when working with Blackboard Ultra, we urge you to bookmark our ATS Knowledge Base (https://academic-technology-services.scrollhelp.site/ats/?l=en ). We update it when changes are made to your Blackboard environment. We have developed a large database of resources with detailed instructions and screen captures. As well, we have a Video Guide that walks you through the main features of Ultra.
The convenient way to find a specific tool/feature is to use the Search tool.
In the top righthand corner of the page, you’ll see three links. Use these links to narrow down your Search.
NOTE: If you need a new Sandbox, Master, Course Merge, or wish to add users to courses (other than instructors or students), use the BB Forms link. You will need to first log in with your CNA (College Network Access) to access BB Forms.
